Observation or Traverse Points are carefully chosen and marked with stakes. From these points accurate measurements and calculations are performed. These observations points do not indicate property lines or corners.

Marking Property Lines
Existing corners will be painted. 5/8" rebars will be set at any missing comers within 0.03' of my calculations.
Wooden stakes will be placed on the property lines between 50' and 100' apart.
Final Map
The final map is delivered to the client if indicated on the contractor.
Subdivisions
All subdivisions require approval by the township or county Planning & Zoning Office. Also the sewage enforcement officer will need to be contacted prior to the subdivision being submitted for approval. It is highly recommended that all survey maps be recorded at the courthouse.
Please Note: If you are comparing prices, please be sure that you are also comparing the same services. Not all companies offer the same type of work. For example, setting corners, marking lines, or final map.
